Shipping:
The shipping times indicated below are not guaranteed, but are usually fairly accurate. If you need to receive your item as soon as possible please purchase overnight courier.
Australian Shipping: We ship up to 3 items to any destination in Australia for a flat rate (see below). Bulk orders with more than 3 items have variable shipping rates depending on the size of the shipment.

We recommend shipping your order to a business address for hassle free shipping.
Residential addresses will always ship via Australia Post which may slow down delivery if you're in a regional area.
Signature on delivery may be required (does not have to be purchaser).
If no one is available to sign for the parcel a collection card is left in your postbox and the parcel is taken to the post office for pickup.
* Courier orders sent to a business address are fully trackable online. If you ship to a residential address you will be given a registered post number which provides proof of delivery.

Our 30 Day Easy Return Policy
Change of Mind Returns:
Products purchased from ausdeckracing.com.au come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If the shirt you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it as this may save you some unnecessary costs. There is a $10.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items which are returned without original swing tags, missing bag componentry, removed or damaged external original packaging.
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
The 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to bulk orders (orders greater than 10 products). Specific guarantees will be stated at the time of enquiry for bulk orders.
Exchanges:
All exchanges are to be processed as a change of mind return. If you would like to exchange for a different shirt or hat please place a new order for your new bag of choice and return the previous ordered bag to Ausdeck Racing for a refund.
Warranty Based Returns:
We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact Ausdeck Racing and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.
